This slab came from a historically unique pair of Oregon Black Walnut giants, grown feet apart on a farm in Buena Vista, Oregon. They both suffered from Thousand Cankers Disease and were brought down together. Their resilience lives on through nearly 20 feet of clear, beautiful Walnut grain.
